Eyes
-Apply a shimmery white shade of eye shadow on your entire lid. Dip a Q-tip in water and pat it on a paper towel so it is only slightly damp. Dip it into the same shimmery white. Trace along the inner corner of your eye, smudging it all along your bottom lashes.
-Draw a thin line from the inner corner of your top eyelid to the outer corner with black liquid eyeliner. Wing it out slightly.
-With a stick eyeliner, lightly line the outer 1/2 of your lower lashline, giving it a ';smudgy'; look.
-Curl your eyelashes and apply 2 coats of black mascara.
Cheeks
-Apply a peachy shade of blush to the apples of your cheeks.
Lips
-Line your lips with a red lipliner, staying within the boundary of your natural lip line.
-Fill in your lips with the lipliner
-Swipe a bit of red lipstick onto your lips.
-Apply a clear, shiny gloss on top.

dark shadowy eyes!!
Like a dark navy with some dark and light tones of silver blended near the top lash line and bottom lash line, blend out at bottom and keep lightest colours near the nose and darker colours near the ears!
Also some lovely pillar red lipstick would look gorgeous just use liner or concealer so it doesnt bleed.

try a smoky eye...but with some shimmer
1. line your bottom lids with black eyeliner
2. line your top lids with black liquid eyeliner, make sure its close to the eyelash line
3. pick a creamy goldish shadow, but make sure it's kind of dark, not a bright gold, and rub it on your lids, RUB IT ON THE LINER TO GIVE IT A SMOKY LOOK!
4. now add a LOT of volumizing mascara!
5. try a sheer red lipgloss for lips
6. smile and put some creme blush on the apple of your cheeks, make it sheer so it looks like you're truly glowing!

Hmmm I would wear powder foundation, rose blush, a nice, smoky eye (brown shadow on lids, brown liner on bottom lashline, and a couple of coats of black mascara. Top it all off with a deep red lip stick and you are good to go! Have a good V-Day!
Red is already a loud color. So try to not to much make-up on your face. Stay with neutrals on your cheeks,eye shadows and just apply a a nice shade of red lipstick. Apply a bronzer and a luminizer to give your face a sun-kissed glow. It works well with red.
probably a pink or coral hue I would recommend frosted apricot colored lipstick and coral/pink eye shadow blends ^_^ plus natural colored blushie

I'd try black/brown eyeliner and a small touch of white or pink eye shaddow. Plus if you have long hair where it down :P
