How do you put make up like Japanese girls (eye)?

well i'm asian and i always wanted to look like a japanese girl but i'm not tooo well of applying make up. Also, you know many asian have small eyes and i'm one of them and it's very hard for me to make my eyes as big as those japanese girl. What should i do? Any tips? one easy way to make your eyes look bigger is to accent the upper lid with liquid eyeliner with a slight wing at the outer corner. you can use just a little bit of eyeliner on the bottom lashline but not on the actual lid. :]

For Halloween I was a geisha and I did a lot of research on how to do the makeup. The tip for me was to use a black eyeliner pencil first. Then I went over it w/ liquid eyeliner when I finally got the line right. Putting a small amount of red lipliner on the bottom lashes really made me look japanese. Very little mascara, you want to see that dark eyeliner line. If you can, and it's pretty difficult, line the upper inner rim w/ black pencil.
Make sure that you make you eye brows strong to open up your eyes, use eye liner for the effect, little lash color and bright lips. Use a soft light color at the inside of your eye next to your nose and a dark color in the crease.
