Try the ulzzang look. It's a very famous look that many Korean teens (as well as other Asians) wear nowadays. It constitutes of black eyeliner and some white eye makeup in the corners of your eyes to make them pop (search YouTube for a tutorial). Also, hair-wise, many Asian young women like to keep their hair long and wavy with a chocolate tint. If you want to look more like an Asian teen than a young adult, your hair should have lots of layers (and thus more volume at the top), side bangs, and maybe a few coppery highlights.

I would go for a powder foundation.


Gently pull your eyes upwards from the outside corner to give them that 'Asian' shape then apply eyeliner. On the lid, subtly thicken the line as you move outwards so that it just meets the crease at the corner. You could also 'wing it out' at the corners with a flick of the wrist. Liquid liner will give you a more defined, hard line but is trickier to get the hang of.


You could also try brown eye pencil just delicately lining your eyes for a more reserved look.


Use eye primer or foundation or concealer to minimise the appearance of the crease of your eyelid.


Curl you lashes and apply black mascara; go for something that thickens and lengthens and add extra layers at the outer corners for flicky doe eyes.


Apply a rosy blush colour across the apples of your cheeks and cheekbones on the front of your face.


OR


apply bronzer in a diagonal line from centre of ears towards corners of lips, apply blush above this line adn BLEND.


Lastly, go for a matt red lip colour or a subtle, creamy pastel shade of peach or pink.

i am asian... get some black eyeliner(or liquid liner( i prefer liquid) and put it on your upper lashline and then wing it out a little(kinda like cleopatra's makeup).... and then put some black eyeshadow under your eyes and stop halfway.... and you can line your waterline with a blackliner(if you find a waterproof and safe to use on waterline) i use MAC eye kohl in Smolder. hope this helps!

Put black eyeliner on your top lid and on your bottom lid but only halfways. You can also use pink blush and make your hair into a messy bun, that would look cute :)
Maybe some eyeliner on your eyelids and no mascara, probably some chap stick or light lipstick. And not too pale but a little pale skin
