Bright blue or white eyeshadow, beginning and around the inner eye, with darker shading on the crease. Lots of heavy black eyeliner, false eyelashes.

there are so many videos on youtube that show u how! A LOT of eyliner, false black eyelashes, clean skin (no bronzer or too much blush) and neutral lips (or red lips)
