If your eyes are small you need heavy liner, if they are large or medium --less liner and more eye shadow (soft deep colors) and you can add some false eye lashes if yours are thin.How do you get dramatic eyes (using make-up =D )?

Sometimes I like to put black or dark brown eyeliner on my lower lid and then kinda smudged it adding a smoky effect. Also, adding more shiny eyeliner/eye shadow onto the upper eye lid makes your eyes look more awake.

it depends on the kind of dramatic you want. For dark, smoky drama, line eyes in black eyeliner, and sweep black shadow up to eyebrows and under lower lash line. then brush a SMALL amount of shimmer shadow on top of the black. To accentuate your eye color add add unexpected drama, line and shadow your eyes in a color opposite your eye color. Use mermaid green with blue, pink with green, and white with dark brown.
